Best host with these features

Hey what's going on guys.
I'm creating a website for a non for profit company but their current host for their old site doesn't support much more than static pages. Does anyone know of a good, cheap site that supports ASP dynamic pages and provides some sort of database(preferably oracle or SQL)? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Actually Jatol (http://www.jatol.com/) has VERY good hosting plans, but a of right now they don't have ASP on there server. They support MySQL using PHP.
Though if you like there pricing you can always e-mail them and ask if there is any way they can setup ASP on the server.

Ohh ya, there support is good. They not only have forums, trouble tickets, and a knowledge base, but the two owners are also on AIM, YIM, MSN, and ICQ. So responce time is quick no matter what method of conecting them you use.
