I signed up with OKIHost.com as a reseller about 2 weeks ago. I submitted two help tickets. They responded to one in 3 days, the other just disappeared from the Help Ticket list. I sent a letter directly to support last night (13 hours ago) and have not heard back (understandable at this point). 50% of the time I cannot enter the Help section due to errors. Now the SMTP servers are not working. There were some errors when creating new accounts that seemed to have worked out.
This is the first time I've signed up as a reseller and used Ensim so I have taken into consideration my ignorance, but this seems to be very poor support and performance.
Has anyone else had experience with this company? Should I get out now? I was attracted to the $15 per month 500mb/15gb deal, but without an SMTP server it all seems hopeless.
