Just adding in my experience here. I'm one of the victims of Koltay. And he is now in the process of slandering me in an attempt to get me to shut up. He threatens to expose my past criminal record of which I have no shame. I am a recovering Alcoholic/Drug Addict and also a survivor of childhood abuse as well as abuse of my own self. My life is an open book.I told my story in the paper here in my home twon back in 1997-1998 and have no shame of it. I am in process of suing Koltay myself. This man has a long history of intimadating people into shuttin up about him and his scam. He ran into the wrong person here. I don't run and am not easily scared. I faced worse people than him by far. I have made it a mission to be in on shutting the horrible person down. This person is a jackel that preys on innocent folks who are desperate to find financial relief. He preys on their hopes and dreams and merrily stomps on them. The he has the temerity to get mad when they open their mouths against him. He does has Kutzpah, that's for sure. But I do also. I don't back down for anything. I stand in the right and will continue to shout it out that he is a theif and a liar.
Koltay, I hope you are seeing this. As I continue my search on you, I find more and more. You have been a busy little beaver, haven't you? YOu are a lazy little troll who just wants a free ride in life and that free ride is over dude. What goes around most definitely comes around. You are getting some just dues, you theif. I too, have had the unfortunate opportunity to be scammed by Mr. Koltay. This was around 2001 and I see he is still at it. Indeed his homeassembly.biz is a complete work-at-home scam. Please be aware that when a prospective client discovers this, Mr. Koltay proceeds to attempt to destroy their reputation and such. In my case, false police reports, statements to my employer and on the internet of child porn caused my family and I quite a bit of grief. He rotates through different company names and different personal aliases in an attempt to evade a concentrated effort to put him out of business. I even discovered that he has been convicted of mail fraud at least once. Just do a search for Erwin Koltay. Also I was working with the 6th Judicial District attorney's office in Pinellas County, but it looks as though they haven't been able to do anything yet.

a. He mails solicitations offering to sell automatic telephone soliciting equipment ("product"). When a customer remits his check, Respondent cashes it and never sends the product to the customer.

b. Respondent offers to lease the product for $15 (or $30) a month if the customer will send a personal or business check to Respondent as a security deposit. Respondent promises, however, that the check will remain in the customer's file and will not be cashed. When the customer mails Respondent the check as security, Respondent cashes it and never sends the product to the customer. Later, when the customer complains, Respondent claims that he sent the customer a timely notice amending the offer to require that a certified or cashier's check be sent as security. The customer, however, was not aware of this new "policy" until after the check was cashed.

c. In a variation of the rental scheme, Respondent tells the complaining customer that the product is no longer for rent and that he has instructed his accountant to send the security check back to the customer. Respondent then offers the product for sale at a reduced price and asks the customer to send another check to purchase the product (CX-6, p.3).

Respondent's contention that he has abandoned these practices is irrelevant. Voluntary cessation of allegedly illegal conduct does not deprive the tribunal of power to hear and determine the case, i.e., does not make the case moot.

At this time Mr. Koltay is selling the Cell Phone Silencer apparently as a scheme. Prior to the Cell Phone Silencer Mr. Koltay sold an FM Modulator and an Automatic Telephone Soliciting Machine, the later for which he was convicted on a felony postal fraud charge. In my opinion Mr. Kaltay appears to be a nefarious character and may be engaged in a pseudo legitimate business.

After further closer inspection his felony conviction was almost 20 years ago and is the only one in 20 years. All of the complaints I have been able to find against any company Mr. Koltay has owned since that time do not seem legitimate. The complaint by the admitted drug addict is unfounded, where she admits that he did remit $50 previously, and she gave up after one attempt at assembling the FM Modulator. The other person who gave up and started to complain after he did not receive prompt service in 30 days through the mail also appears unfair.

I have never heard of any con-artist that will freely give up $50 for a referral, at the risk of a possible mark deciding or not deciding to sign up into a scheme and pay $250. A real crook would have just kept the entire $250 and not given her a penny, much less $50.

As you can see I am unbiased and have shown you that I have received full disclosure of the information concerning a 20-year-old postal fraud conviction.

Because the 40-meter Cell Phone Signal Blocker is very necessary and valuable at $45 ea., I believe this is legitimate. The FM Modulator is also valuable for connecting electronics through a car antenna in the simplest manner and I personally need and would like to have one.

I believe this is a legitimate but very difficult business.
