Because google is strictly follow the rule is to provide only related sites which give more information for searching queries and also they are frequently updated the search engine algorithms to fight against spammers.

This means even if Bing uses the exact same algorithms as Google, they will still be worse off because of less data. Ability to attract better talent: Between 2007–2012 the search engine wars were really heating up.

Bing even does a few things better, like video. But, while I occasionally preferred Bing's results to Google for general searches, Google's ability to dig things out of the darkest corners of the internet is just too valuable. It's a closer call than I expected, but Google is still the best search engine around.
