Your blog has some good stuff, but due to heavy adds it kills user interest. To be honest, I was planning to read a full article on your blog ,but later on i closed your blog due to the annoying ads.
I hope you understand

Impressed content to hold any user who come once on your site.

Tons of ads and popups...That's not fair.

wow there's a lot going on, lots of flashing, dancing and bright colours.
I would tone it down a little bit, and too many adds and popups are never a good thing.

To much ads. Do something about it! And fix your blog design!

The website design needs to be neat. and I feel too much adds poping up.

Need change in website interface. Try to make it more friendly with users.

Very bad website.. Only ads try to remove some ads.
