Which is better Backlink or Content?
 

We do regularly Off Page submission like : Directory, Bookmarking, Classified , Blog commenting , Forum Posting etc But I did't change content regularly so I want to know which is important backlink or content for better result and what i do for best traffic and good ranking..Please someone gives some valuable tips....

I'd say both. I mean I know the importance of backlinks from high PR and DA sites and all, but what happens when the user gets to your site?

If you already have a lot of backlinks but a very little content then you maybe need to focus on content creating for a some time. Of course you must do both link building and content creation.
But if you already have a lot of backlinks and high PR and DA it would be wise to add more content asap
