i think FB ads , with this platform you can make earnings ,just your contect should be good so that you can have also good money. so make test and see how it will go.

Facebook paid ads will not work but organic seo will do and it will take time.

Both platforms have their pros and cons. For example, they both are accessible through desktops or mobiles, although Instagram is more geared towards mobile users. You can't even post images with your desktop unless you use applications such as Gramblr.
