What is Link Decay?

Link decay is a definition dedicated to the occurrence of a link’s fading interest or failing of links with time. Link decay is the procedure of losing in the number of links eventually.

Example:
Suppose you have 100 links but after some time you have only 60 links so you lost 40 links.
