Which one is good theme .
Either, I develop theme from my previous site that is developed using HTML & CSS or the theme I get from WordPress default.

wordpress default theme is good, it also seo friendly.

There are plenty WordPress themes available on the web. You might want to check out some best-selling ones at http://www.templatemonster.com/wordpress-themes.php or any premium theme marketplace. I must say I am pretty pleased with their Consulting Co theme for my online business consultancy website. It is truly an excellent product and they offer good support like solid documentation, online tutorials, ticket system, forum threads etc.
