How Google +1 affect the my sites ranking on Google search engine while Google crawls?

There is no effect at all.

We can easily and more better way to use the google+ and give the good ideas.

I think they are not using google + signals for SERPs yet.But it would be great if your website will have many google +.

Google +1 impacts your organic ranking. The more your website is +1'd the more credible your website is.

I don't think this can help your search engine ranking.

I think it effects the ranking because do-follow networking site.

Very similar to Facebook’s “Like” button, Google +1 allows users to make a kind of “vote” for a website, alerting other users that they liked the website. It is very easy to add the +1 button to a site, simply visit Google here for directions on how to install the button.

as ella posted, its very similar with the "like" function, it only shows how people reacts to a certain page.

i think more + add more creditability to you website or page so it can impact some raise keyword position, Google already accept that they are including social signals in their ranking factor
