I think, almost all email services are secure. In case you worry about your data, I recommend to backup your letters. You can use Google Drive or iCloud. Also it is easy to archive emails as PDF files (I use Email in Detail tool https://emailindetail.com/archive-emails for this purpose). Thus you will have the additional copies on your PC.
