Great thread, some fantastic answers. For my two penneth I would like to say road cycling...get on those hills and spin! Great fun, very social scene and you get the pleasure of the toy itself The Bike) The weight will drop off and you will enjoy every moment of pain, very addictive enjoyable sport.
