I feel green tea is the best thing to lose belly fat naturally. Green tea increases our metabolism rate and help to burn deposited fat in body.

I am personally using GAIA’s Green tea since last 6 month and it is really working well for me. I’ve lost belly fat and feeling my body toned.

Eat frequently in small amounts
Drink green tea
Drink enough water

Great thread, some fantastic answers. For my two penneth I would like to say road cycling...get on those hills and spin! Great fun, very social scene and you get the pleasure of the toy itself The Bike) The weight will drop off and you will enjoy every moment of pain, very addictive enjoyable sport.
