Static website versus Dynamic Website

I want to know that which is better for SEO, Static or Dynamic?

There are basically two main types of website - static and dynamic. A static site is one that is usually written in plain HTML and what is in the code of the page is what is displayed to the user.

Well SEO has got nothing to do with the Static or Dynamic approach. As long as the website can be easily crawled its good. Additionally, you may want to learn that for ongoing SEO campaigns its important that you should be able to make changes to the structure and content of the website easily.

I just ask that which kind of website is getting rank in SERP, Static website or Dynamic Website because there is a lot of concern according to website URL structure according to SEO expert.
