How to connect svn check to google code for the first time?
 

The following things you need to follow:

Install Tortoise SVN software.
Right click on your project > SVN Check
Create your project profile in google code with your google code account.
Copy the url and paste it into svn check up progree box.
Then commit your project.

Before importing the existing repository, don't forget to commit first!
