Higher Bounce Rates ... A difficult road to tread?

Guys!
We launched our site www.mynextexam.com on 7th April, 2019. It is an encyclopaedia about colleges, universities and exams in India. It also has active articles, announcements as well as notification about announcement of exams!
We have on an average 500 unique people visiting our site daily. Our Alexa India rank is 39,000 as of today.
I note that our bounce rate remains very high! Please guide me as to how to decrease the bounce rate.
