X-theme review

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a multipurpose theme, any suggestions?
I'm choosing between Avada, Divi and X-theme.

Try Monstroid 2, this WordPress theme has many advantages such as optimized plugins, skins etc. Also, this theme is responsive and optimized. Have a look at the comparison - X Theme vs Monstroid 2.

I prefer to go with custom made theme because in wp themes, there will be so many features which many of the websites may not use. We will have to maintain all these codes if we use such themes
