Is Google AdWords reliable for SEO-s?

I read that the competition results of search queries, witch Google AdWords shows could not be reliable for webmasters who want to do organic optimization. Is that true? Thanks!

I also think it is a good tool for SEOs. But the best way it to check the information in several keyword tools> semrush, ahrefs, also google trends.

Obviously it is reliable but you should also used some other keyword tools for getting any other best idea.
