How to find keyword density?

Keyword Density is the percentage of occurrence of your keywords to the text in the rest of your webpage.
It is important for your main keywords to have the correct keyword density to rank well in Search Engines.

It’s very easy to check keyword density,
Just divide the number of keyword on the page with the total word count.
Say, you have a content of 500 words and your keyword is appearing 9 times in the pages your keyword density will be (9/500)*100= 1.8%

Though you need not to worry about your keyword density as sometimes you really have no control over it. If your text demands it, you can exceed the limit, but do not overdo it.
