Title should be relevant to the content
Title should not exceed more then 65 characters
Start keywords with the title
Title it should be simple and localize.

Having Keyword in your post title helps a lot, but when it comes to increasing the CTR, your over all post title makes a huge difference.

there are two titles :
1. Post title
2. Page title
and you will include keywords in these titles. Titles must be relevant of you site's page content and post content.

you can make SEO friendly title through keywords planner tool select main keywords for your website title after that make a title around 60 characters Don't repeat same keywords in title.
