Access Denied Error in webmaster tools
 

One of my sites has no crawl activity for the past week. When I go into webmaster tools and into the 'crawl' menu the graph shows nothing. There is a small red box that appears ontop of the graph and it says "access deneid". How can that be? There is no robots file nor is there an .htaccess file
The site is completely open. What would be causing that error?

It is difficult to say without seeing your site or webmaster tools, but, you could try "Fetch as Google" in webmaster tools to see how your site appears to Googlebot. You could be able to find some answers there. Had been your site down for a substantial amount of time before you noticed that it was not being crawled? Also, check with your hosting provider to see if they are blocking Google.
