Yahoo is relatively slower, so if its a new site...wait patiently. And since Yahoos results are powered by Bing, Id encourage you to go through Bings SEO

You should configure yahoo webmaster tools and submit urllist.txt in yahoo webmaster tools then check how your website is performing in Yahoo search engine.
