You can improve your search engine ranking by doing below activities:*

On Page :
- Make sure you have enough content with the proper keyword
- Include keyword in each page url
- Include keyword in your menu item
- Include Image alt description

Off Page :
- Ping your website to Search Engine such as Google, Yahoo, and Hotmail
- Submit to directory site
- Submit your article to free article submission site
- Setup social media account.
- Upload Video to youtube.com
