Use link while posting forums?

Hi guys i have a question about forums posting technique. How can i use my link while posting forums. I have two option. These are following:-

A. By using anchor text link or B. Simple URL with hyperlink

I am waiting for your suggestion. Plz. tell me as soon as possible.

Make signature in your forum profile and i don't think so there is any need to give extra links excluding forum signature.

Forum posting is a best way to build quality backlinks and increase the traffic of your website. It is more effective if you post your links in Signature part of Forum website. You should use the hyper links on your targeted keywords by follow the forum rules.
