PR is page rank but now a days google doesn't show PR of a page/site and DA means domain authority it is a score (on a 100-point scale) developed by Moz that predicts how well a website will rank on search engines.

Domain authority (DA) is a measure of the power of a domain name and is one of many search engine ranking factors. Domain authority is based on three factors: Age, Popularity, and Size. SEO gurus Moz can be credited with the metric known as DA or domain authority.
PageRank (PR) is an algorithm used by Google Search to rank websites in their search engine results. PageRank was named after Larry Page, one of the founders of Google. PageRank is a way of measuring the importance of website pages.
