I knew page rank of website could be calculated by that website's number of quality backlinks and traffic count.If i am doing both SEO and PPC means my website will get the traffic from both organic and inorganic search result.Which traffic would help to improve the page rank of website?Organic traffic or inorganic traffic?

Organic traffic is the only one which helps to get permanent traffic. paid traffic or in other words PPC, if run campaign only, will come. If we stop campaign, traffic becomes zero and does not help in improving PR.
