no follow links do not pass the link juice while do follow is vice versa. Do follow sites can give you authoritative backlinks.

NoFollow:
does not boost PR, and Doesn't help a page's placement in the SERPs.

it looks like this:

DoFollow:
it allow Search engines to follow them and reach our website. It give us link juice and back links.

Nofollow is an HTML attribute value used to instruct search engines bots that a hyperlink should not influence the link target’s ranking in the search engine’s index. It is intended to reduce the effectiveness of certain types of search engine spam, thereby improving the quality of search engine results and preventing spamdexing from occurring in the first place.

Nofollow links attributes do not allow search engine bots to follow link. That means if the website owner is linking back to you with nofollow attributes, it does not pass on link juice

Do follow and no follow are link attributes and contain instructions for search engine robots. Do follow links are crawled and indexed in search engines whereas no follow links are never crawled and indexed in search engines.

Dofollow links permit Google to follow them and reach your website.
NoFollow links increase only the traffic to your site and does not increase your page rank.

do follow :
When Google bots are crawling a website they look for external links point to other websites. If this links is “do follow” then search engines will follows the link and so link juice gets passed.

no follow :
If a search engine finds a “no follow” backlink it will just ignore the link and will not get deeper into crawling and no link juice is passed.

The part that defines the link as NoFollow is the rel=”nofollow”. ... The absence of the NoFollow tag makes the link DoFollow. If a blog or web site doesn't use the NoFollow tag, the search engines acknowledge the link; if a site does use the NoFollow tag, the search engines do not acknowledge the link
