when i use seoquake i see.
your site has 2 h1 so i recommend you remove one. it's also no problem for seo, but it will be better if you just have one h1 on your main page

When I opened your site and clicked on the "Read more" links, I found the same content in those links. Maybe you can recheck if that is what you want?
On other hand, you do not seem to fully utilise heading tags, you might want to consider to use them more.
