After using the pixel the length of meta description is increased and become up to 320. But the main thing to understand is that how the pixel behave. The length of meta description totally depend on Pixels

Now google allow

meta descriptions - 320 characters
meta title - 70 characters

Right now the google allows data description length only 130-150 character from may ..check it once...

So try this.

I will recommend meta description should below 200 character.

Fro may 2018 the meta description limit is 130-150 character
