What is LSI?

Hello Friends,

Please tell me what is LSI.

Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI) is an indexing and retrieval method that uses a mathematical technique called Singular value decomposition (SVD) to identify patterns in the relationships between the terms and concepts contained in an unstructured collection of text.

This is not very understandable and can also be browsed through google by the poster as it has been taken from wiki-pedia.

Lsi is basically synonymous keywords or related keywords to your primary keywords in your webpage's text content.

LSI is latent semantic indexing. It's a way by which search engines look for semantically related terms in your content

Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI) is a mathematical method used to determine the relationship between terms and concepts in content. The contents of a web page are crawled by a search engine and the most common words and phrases are collated and identified as the keywords for the page.

LSI stands for Latent Semantic Indexing. Latent Semantic Indexing keywords can make your content look more natural to search engines and users. Instead of using the exact phrase repeatedly throughout your text, you can use synonyms and other terms that are related to your content and have the same meaning with your target key phrase.

These is an expansion of latent semantic indexing in these keywords are related to primary keywords, you can use similar keyword related to primary keyword on the content of the page these are helpful to increase the ranking of the page.

LSI is hidden semantic listing. It's a way by which google look for semantically relevant conditions in your posts.

These are essentially keywords related to the keywords that you are searching for, and Google does this by using a system known as LSI (Latent Semantic Indexing). In a nutshell, it is based on user search patterns and behavior, how one keyword search is usually linked to another keyword search.

Large-scale integration (LSI) is the process of integrating or embedding thousands of transistors on a single silicon semiconductor microchip. LSI technology was conceived in the mid-1970s when computer processor microchips were under development.
