I think there must not be a tool for that, I don't know if there is any tool, but I think if your facebook post is unique or attractive it will have a number of audience, shares, and likes, People nowadays love the unique or the post/photo/video they have never seen before, or sometimes a lot of old photo/video goes viral, or a fake news of death of any celebrity, So it totally depends upon the Content you use.
