Moz rank is just a metrics which is based on various parameters like traffic, backlinks, referral domains and many more.It depends on the quality of inbound links and the authority of domains to which it is linked to.

Moz is not Google, so I personally think you should not pay much attention to MozRank.

Although Moz's Metrics are somewhat related to google ranking but their own research has shown that it is only about 40%. Not good enough
