It seems like people trust what they see in their email better than trends on social media especially when business is involved. Do you think this true? And how can email marketing be carried out?

I don't think it's true because people get junk mail every day and in order to find out you have to click on those link which sometimes can be harmful as well. But, on social media people are open to engaging with new things. As far as your concern about how email marketing should be carried out, you have to provide a little more detail about your expectation.

Email Marketing keeps more impact on customers as well as you can easily send offers and discount coupons to your long term customers to get effective results.
