No Doubt, Photoshop is best in Photo editing tasks but GIMP is easier to use for beginners.

I am not a professional photographer, I just need a photo editor for quick touch up of my photos. I have been using many photo editors from 6 years but right now I am stuck to one editor i.e. Movavi Photo Editor. It provides many editing decisions and very easy in use.

It depends on what kind of photo you need or the graphics will need to be processed for a long time. At first glance, this seems rather trivial and simple, but as my experience of working with photographers from here https://www.splento.com/event-photographer-chicago shows, sometimes you need software that is much more serious.
