Multiple links linking to your home page on every page of your site

Suppose your logo, a link in your footer area and a link on your top navigation bar (across your entire site) all link to your home page.
Shopping Home Page // home page link in top navigation bar
// logo link to home page
Home // link to home page in footer

Will you get an SEO penalty for this? Should you use the nofollow in one or two of those links? Thanks!

In the first place why would you do that? I mean, does it make sense?
Anyway, here's a must read that will surely help you understand more about internal linking - https://blog.kissmetrics.com/command...ernal-linking/
