A copyright gives the owner the exclusive right to distribute his/her work. The purpose of copyright is to enable the owner to benefit from his/her creation when it is used by another person and thus stimulate new ideas and prevent any unfair exploitation.

Therefore, in all conditions, a copyright must be respected and not infringed. Essentially, it means that no one can copy or use it without the owner’s OK. If you do need to use copyrighted material, there is no workaround except to do so with due permission from the owner.
