If you are a cpanel user then you can easily create install Wordpress through softaculous, in which you have to install it with one click and after that you have to follow below steps:
1. Install desired theme.
2. Install plugins.
3. Customize your Menus, Footer and home page.

NOTE: If you are not cpanel user then you have to manually install Wordpress.
