Communication skills – can you actually communicate with this person?

Timeframe – a realistic timeframe of project completion
I would have to say that communication is one of the most overlooked factor when selecting a web designer. The price can be great, but if communication skills are lacking, you are going to wish you chose the more expensive designer that knows how to communicate.
