You would need to give us more information on what you want from the hosting other than it being cheap and in the UK?
What are you wanting to use the hosting for, just a static website with a few hundred hits per week or a dynamic website such as an ecommerce store with thousands of hits per day?
Do you require any specific software such as Windows hosting?
Would you need root SSH control on the hosting?
For the a low traffic static site then shared hosting would probably be ok and this could cost you a couple of quid a month were as if its a high traffic website you would probably require a dedicated server or at least a high spec VPS which would be setting you back 50 - 100 pounds a month
