Outbound links are known as Outgoing Links. Outbound links are the links that are pointing to different websites from your websites.

For ex: If your website ABC contains some Anchor text link, when you click that link you are redirecting to some different website XYZ .Then your link will acts as inbound link for that site XYZ and the same link is out bound link for your site ABC .
