This is interesting for me right now, but I'm not looking so much for IT services as for support for my clients. I spend a lot of time answering emails from my clients about different products on my site, but it's very expensive to set up the call center. I recently found an outsourced customer service and I think it will be good solution for my business. How do you think? I read a lot about this company on the Internet and I think that they really provide high-quality support to your customers and it costs less than if I create the call center.
