Social media marketing allows brands/businesses to directly interact with their customer base. Hence, it is easier for businesses to adjust their marketing strategy and they are able to respond to any problems or issues immediately. Social media ads allow targeting and retargeting. Facebook ads, for example, allow you to target users by things like location, education level, industry and even purchase history and the pages they’ve liked.
