one way linking is when you post a Url of my page on your page.
two way linking is when you post Url of my page on your page and I do the same
three way linking is when you post Url of my page on your page, I post Url of third person on my page and the third person posts Url of your page. This three way linking seems to be the best solution as it can not be easily detected.
