Yes, Flash can be used to create a remarkable visual experience to visitors. But when it comes to the matter of usability and accessibility of a website, it is not a good choice. Flash sites may look nice, but they will create so many problems for the visitors as well as site owners. The lack of consistent cross-platform support is also its major drawback. From SEO points of view, it is not good because information embedded in Flash movie is often invisible to search engines which can be slow down the ranking and visibility of site on internet.
