Seems like a lot of people are giving really good suggestions here. My thoughts are, figure out what kind of videos you are looking to create. What type of audience are you looking for. Create content you would want to personally watch. Next you would want to have videos uploaded at least 1-2 times a week, to bring back your old and bring in new viewers. Making sure you have a "click bait" title and a decent video image is great as well.
