Black hat refers to a hacker United Nations agency breaks into a automatic data processing system or network with malicious intent. A black hat hacker could exploit security vulnerabilities for financial gain; to steal or destroy non-public data; or to change, disrupt or pack up websites and networks. The black hat hacker might also sell these exploits to alternative criminal organizations.
