If the keyword falls naturally with the tone of language, then by all means, go for it. If however using the keyword in the title causes you to get carried away by using it in a messy way within the content body, then just don't do it.

Search engines (particularly, and primarily Google) prefer that you create your content in a natural way, something that would be interesting and enriching to a reader.

If you're optimizing just for Google, you're gonna see the back of their hand and a high bounce rate. If you're optimizing for people, then expect rewards in the form of frequent visitors (assuming your content is good of course).

Just write naturally.

I suppose relevancy would be best though if that's the answer you're looking for.
