One of the most pleasures of being a inhabitant of Miami and
Brickell is the beautiful neighboring scenes throughout the multinational city. Each community in the greater Miami area has its own ambience, beautiful views, and charming features. One of my favorite sights of the city is driving home from
Downtown Miami Beach to Brickell at night observing the skyline. Miami is well-known for its hot plants and year-round sunlight, but at night, the city changes itself to a background of distant skyscrapers with bright lights reflecting of the bays dazzling water.
Amendment 4 to Decrease Property Taxes in Florida for 2012 Ballot
On November 6, 2012 Amendment 4, A change to the current Florida Property Tax Law will appear on the state ballot in Florida. The planned amendment would prohibit increases in the assessed value of homestead property if the fair market value of the property decreases; reduces the limitation on annual assessment increases to non-homestead commercial properties; and provides an additional homestead exemption for first time home buyers.
This is a voting decision that will affect all Florida homeowners and business owners financially specially in
Brickell and
Downtown Miami.
