Many vegetables and skinless meat are good for our skin. My friends always envy my slippy skin and ask me why.Actually,i dont care about with too much attention and do lots of aesthetic nursing.i like eating fruits,vegetables especially for tomatoes,cucumber,mushroom,etc.about drinks ,i just drink milk and bean milk and eat yogurt.Most important,i must go to bed before 24 o'clock in night.i Hope its useful to you.
