As for me, it's vegetables and fruits! I am currently eating all of these and trying to make the sport as well. I also purchased smartwatch to know how many steps did I do during the day using findthedecision.com and how many km I swim during my workouts in the pool.
This new smartwatch is really helpful and I can read all messages not taking a phone at all.
