In order to loose belly fat you have to do the following things:
1. Do Exercise Daily.
2. Drink Fresh water.
3. Avoid eating oily food.
4. Avoid eating Fat food.
5. Avoid Eating Junk food.
6. After dinner again go for a walk.
7. Take fruit juices and coconut water.
